Tarot Book Recommendations

Do you want to learn how to read the tarot? I've compiled a list of my favorite books to help you start your journey to tarot mastery.

Tarot Book Recommendations

Much like learning mentalism, one of the best ways to learn the tarot is through books. And once you have a foundational understanding of how to read the tarot, you can apply your knowledge to create your own style.

I recently started a forum at Artisan Tarot to build a community of tarot enthusiasts so that we can learn from one another. In one of the topics, I asked members to name their favorite books.

Here is a compiled list of their recommendations. I've read most of the books on this list, so they are my recommendations as well. Many of them are available at Artisan Tarot or for free at the Internet Archive.

Also, if you want to take your readings to the next level, I highly recommend our Tarot de Marseille trumps course. I teach it with Jeremy Weiss who was a protege of Bob Cassidy's. He's now a professional reader at The Temple of Miriam.

P.S. I'll continue updating this post with future recommendations, so check back for updates.
